Biography for Zachary Spencer Goode
Zach
was born in New York City and grew up between the city and Provincetown in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. He sang in several local bands until moving to Hawaii after High School. In Hawaii, Zach met Jeremy, Doug, and Markus, who would later become the original members of Ghoulspoon. While the other 3 moved to Tacoma, Washington, Zach went back east, where eventually he got a call from Jeremy, who said the guys needed a singer and were relocating to San Diego. Zach bought a car, drove cross-country and Ghoulspoon was formed.
Taking up space in the CD player right now is a lot of new wave like Devo, Blondie, the Cars etc. As well as Forever Blue by Chris Isaak, Radiohead's the Bends, the new albums by Beck, Lauryn
